Quality Lubricants and Oils

Lube N Go uses only quality lubricants and oils. No second hand or recycled oils, no cheap blends of left over tanks, just quality brand name oils by Peak Oil www.peakauto.com supplied by our local oil company Monarch Oil Ltd.

Customers may choose brand name oils or use our quality bulk oils. Our basic oil change uses a high quality semi synthetic oil. Lube N Go carries full synthetic and specialty high mileage oils for older vehicles. We also carry 15W40 oil for Diesel pick up trucks and that newly elusive oil 0W50 for newer vehicles.

If in doubt about what kind of oil to use in your car ask our techs to look it up as we have direct access to all Manufacturers specification online and can easily tell you. (it is also written right on the oil cap!)

BOGUS Environmental Fees

Yes that’s right… we said it. BOGUS… although things have changed! It used to be there were not any eco fees! And yet many shops charged for them. We didn’t! Up until October of 2015 when the provincial government starting charging an eco fee of 50 cents per filter. To make matters worse… Oil companies no longer pay us for used oil… in fact they now charge us to pick up used oil!

Oil Filters are still picked up and fully recycled. The oil trapped in the filter is crushed and squeezed out, the metal is stripped off and sent to recycling and so is the paper filter inside. Don’t be fooled into thinking the extra fees you pay else where go to some government watch dog to take care of the environment… because they don’t.

Lube N Go is a full service licensed automotive repair facility and we also offer Quick Change oil service in our drive through bays. We welcome you to our full-service facility without an appointment, offering warranty-approved products and competitive rates.

NO PUSHY UPSELLING! At Lube N Go we don't believe in pushy upselling based on what the customer doesn't know or fears. Our service is generally 10 Minutes with some exceptions. No time for pushy upselling here. Our technicians will educate you about what is actually needed for your vehicle and if it doesn't need it now... it won't be pushed on you. It's that simple.
